For Vive Claro, I worked as Co-Creative Director with 8 de Diamantes on the design of the venue’s VIP experience. The project was developed for La Gallina de Oro, contracted by Páramo Presenta / OCESA / LiveNation.
The goal was to transform the empty space inside the scaffolding structure into a premium VIP area connected to the concert experience, with a bar, DJ booth, photo booth, lounge areas, music-inspired graphics, and interactive visual moments.

Starting point
The scaffolding structure had a free interior space that could become more than a circulation or support area. The challenge was to turn it into a complete hospitality environment for VIP guests, while still keeping a strong connection to music, concerts, and the identity of Vive Claro

Problem solving
The design was built around the idea of a backstage-inspired cultural lounge. We used music posters, playback icons, marquee lighting, custom wall graphics, plants, warm materials, and lounge furniture to make the space feel premium but still connected to live music culture.
A key element was the bar, designed with a theater-style illuminated sign that could display the name of the concert happening that day. This helped make the VIP experience feel adaptable to each event instead of being a static space.

Implementation
The final proposal included the full spatial design of the VIP area: bar, DJ booth, photo booth, lounge seating, graphic walls, decorative lighting, vegetation, and music-related visual elements.
The design balanced hospitality and concert culture, creating a space where VIP guests could stay before, during, or after the show while still feeling immersed in the energy of the venue.

Results
The project transformed unused structural space into a premium hospitality experience for Vive Claro. It added a new layer to the venue: not only a place to watch concerts, but a designed environment where guests could socialize, take photos, listen to music, and feel part of a more exclusive event experience.
It also shows how creative direction, interior architecture, branding, and live entertainment logic can work together inside a large-scale venue.
