For The Power to Be by Silvy Araujo, a large-scale wellness event at Movistar Arena, I worked with 8 de Diamantes on the full spatial and production design. The project included the main stage environment, brand activations, the SilBe app experience, and a Leonisa retail space for Silvy Araujo’s clothing line.

My role covered the process from design and visualization to production coordination and final deployment.

Starting point

The event needed to combine wellness, fitness, lifestyle, and commercial activations inside a large venue. Each brand had to feel present, but the full experience still had to read as one coherent world around Silvy Araujo’s identity.

The challenge was to organize multiple spaces with different purposes: movement, product display, app promotion, photo moments, and retail.

Problem solving

We developed a flexible spatial system that could host several brand experiences without making the event feel fragmented. Each activation had its own visual language, but the materials, lighting, soft forms, and pastel palette helped connect everything.

The Leonisa shop was treated as a real retail environment, not only as a temporary booth. The SilBe app activation was designed as a clean digital experience space, while the Tosh, Lyne, and Nosotras activations added different moments of interaction across the venue.

Implementation

The work moved from 3D visualization into production-ready decisions. I designed the spatial layout, brand activations, retail displays, furniture placement, signage, and visual details needed for fabrication and installation.

The final design balanced a soft wellness atmosphere with the practical needs of a large event inside Movistar Arena.

Results

The result was a complete event environment that connected wellness, retail, and brand activation into one premium experience. The project translated Silvy Araujo’s personal brand into a physical space where attendees could move, interact, shop, and discover the SilBe ecosystem.
